WHAT TYPE OF MANAGEMENT DO YOU WANT?

We offer full care management for a monthly percentage of the rent amount. That means that we pay all of your payments pertaining to the property. The loan payments, any maintenance charges, water or PG&E bills etc... We collect the rent and any other checks or funds that are pertinent to your property.

We verify prospective tenants credit information, job status, prior and present landlords, any collection or eviction problems and then talk to you personally about the information. You do have the final decision about renting to them provided that we comply with the laws.

You pay any and all advertising costs. We will also locate new tenants, process them and draw the lease for the same fee for non-management clients.

We have over the years worked with selected experts for repairs and many times we can, because of the volume of work we do get your work done at a reduced price. We also have a full staff of maintenance people working for Tiret Services that are at your service.
